My father has a Miller Syncrowave 350 that I use a bit (no photo of it though).

Eventually plan to get a 230V MIG, plasma cutter first though.

Yes my welder is lifted.

Hobart Handler 187. It is rated for up to 5/16. 230V. You can hear the difference in how much power it has compared to a 120V welder.

I have a Hobart Stickmate 235.

I can weld 1/2" plate with it so whenever I decide to armor my little Bobcat and go downtown to wage war on the zoning commitee, I'm all set.

Lincoln WeldPak 125. My dad bought it in 1987, it was the smallest 220 welder at the time. I run .035 wire with a 75/25 argon/C02 mix. Lets me weld just about anything I want. I've personally used it to weld everything from body metal up 3/8" plate. Its a great little welder.

My credo
Life is short- Play naked!
Old ass Sears Home-n-Shop stick- for up to 1/2". And a Century 80- .30 flux core wire for the thinner stuff.

Although I would really like to upgrade to a nice wire feed for heavier stuff, I'm not fond of using the stick unit.
