Has anyone tried stock 2013ish front coils from a jeep unlimited. I was wondering about how much lift they would provide to figure out if I need a bracket to drop the pivot points on the axle.

I know the jeep is heavier but not sure.

I suspect JK (front) coils are very similar to XJ or ZJ coils, but I couldn't tell you for sure, not having actually compared them yet.

If you're looking for any lift, you'll probably need lift coils because stock ones don't give you much (if any). And IMO without lift there isn't much point of using Jeep coils because the minimal clearance between the axle & frame limits your articulation.
