Got my first Ranger back from my buddy's dad. He's had it since late 2008 and did nothing but neglect it. It sat for the last two years with a bad brake line. Nagged him long enough about it that he signed the title and told me to just get the thing out of his driveway :D

The day it came home. Two different wheels and three different sized tires

Back in its glory days. October 2006 street truck of the month.

As it sits now. Matching tires but two different style ford wheels. Brakes are fixed and it got new shocks. Needs a windshield, ashtray :dunno: , front end rebuilt, and a lot of body work. Wife wants to put a V8 in it so looking into building a 347 and trying to decide what I want for a trans. Would like to keep it a 5-speed but my wife has MS and she will drive it so may end up going auto.

I have a wheel that matches the one on the front in that last picture.

Thanks Hoosier. I didn't want any other Ranger for a project truck. It just wouldn't be the same I don't think.

I have a wheel that matches the one on the front in that last picture.
I have all 4 but one is bent. Traded my Explorer for the rear wheels off the ranger. Explorer has soft 8's on it. I'm really not sure what the plan is for wheels yet.
