I can’t find any other rangers with this particular tailgate design. Is my truck the chosen one?

As mentioned in the title, I can’t seem to find any tailgate decal patterns like mine. Could this be some strange aftermarket modification, or a sign that my Ranger is meant to be the prettiest of all the V6s?
If it helps, it’s an 87.

the grey-t escape
Its a gen 1 xlt valance panel, would of had the letters F-O-R-D on the right side, in ‘89 they did away with the letters and just used a ford blue oval emblem. ‘93 & up didnt use that panel, just had a ford emblem on r.h. side. Some trucks had “ford” on r.h. side in vynil letters. Oddly enough gen 1&2 tailgates seemed less prone to rust-through than the ‘93 & up trucks. Under that panel the ford letters are stamped into the tailgate skin. Someone has added that black center stripe and the two ford blue oval emblems/stickers. Heres what the panel would of originally looked like:
