New member. I have searched for the answer and found some help but not enough to completely help me with my issue. Had to swap out the heater control valve on my 1995 3.0 Ranger XLT. Replacement was easy enough. My problem is that the vacuum line to the heater control was brittle and broke. I began to trace it back to manufacture a new line and the line kept crumbling. Checked the other vacuum lines and they were all brittle and crumbled when I touched them.

I now want (need) to replace all of the vacuum lines, which isn’t difficult but I cannot for the life of me find a diagram/picture/information on the vacuum lines. I know there are two fillings on the passenger side vacuum can, a fitting on the heater control valve, a fitting on the motor behind the glove box and a fitting on the vacuum block on the driver’s side manifold. I think there is a fitting on the egr valve also, but I might be wrong.

What I need is either a diagram/picture or a description of where each fitting - line- fitting combo goes to, including any check valves and T fittings. I plan on documenting this and posting when I get this fixed as I’m sure that I’m not the only one who is scratching his head on the set up. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
