I've been reading the forums for a bit and decided to start posting to help where I can / get help where I can. I've been a ranger owner since 2002. 1999 ranger 4.0l xlt 4door 2wd stock as from reading many things on this site and others many of the so called upgrades aren't really that effective and rather costly in a lot of cases.(exception: specialty applications for off road, etc and minor changes like the airbox mod for better air intake, although I noticed no power difference, just better engine sound) Please correct me if I'm wrong, as i would love to be on this topic in particular, there isn't really much to be done to add significant amount of HP/torque. Looking forward to (hopefully) being a more active member of the community.
