Do single din units even exist with carplay/android auto?

I have an alpine ilx f259 its a 9 inch floating radio with carplay

Is there enough room for the screen not to cover the vent or ac controls? Does it clear all the trim around the radio? I kinda just assumed those would not really fit.

I was talking about a true single DIN, the screen on that isn't single DIN.

my alpine just blocks the top 2 air vents but other than that it doesn't go stick up over the dash have no problem when i shift into 1st 3rd or OD plenty of clearence, and can still access my ac controls
