Driver side suicide door was rustin to hell so I bought a kit of Herculiner and went to town. Took me and my wife and two buddies two days to finish(broke some bolts $#@!). Let me know what you guys think.

i figured the thread was about the red one, and I was going to tell you thats what happens from lack of use.

Ewww! That one hurt a little. Let me pick em back up now. Red one got to take about three short trips before she broke. Hopefully my new setup will be ok. Just need to get the new brake lines and a new tierod and hopefully she will be goin again.

Looking pretty sweet, how many coats did you put on and what type of prep work did you do? I may have to get mine done this weekend so its more snow and sand ready.

Looks good! I'm thinkin of doing that too as my cab corners and under those plastic fender flares has a little surface rust, might as well stop it before it gets too bad

For prep work they give you this little piece of sand paper. I tried that for a while then just used my grinder with the wire wheel. I put two coats on it and I still have over a quarter of a gallon left. Wear freakin gloves when you do it cause Im still trying to get the stuff off.

Yea I used it for my bed a year and a half ago and they gave me a green scotchbrite pad. I didn't do enough coats i think because its worn down pretty well, yea, its a bitch to get off if you don't wear gloves.
