Deciphering my Axle Tag

I'm trying to figure out exactly what axle I have in my truck. I don't have stickers on my door anymore, so I am trying to figure it out using my axle tag. This is how mine reads:

A S3980 - -
3 4575 7L09

I can't for the life of me figure this out. Anyone mind helping me with what this means? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

7.5, 3.45:1 gears, open diff

is my guess. the 3(space)45 means 3.45:1 open. if it said 3L45, then it was a limited slip 3.45

Yeah, I saw that in the tech library and it was so much different from mine that I couldn't tell. I looked around for something that looked more like mine and I couldn't find it. Thank you for the help, though, it's very much appreciated.
