What you need is one of the covers from Jim, if he still has any available.

Most aftermarket aluminum covers will fit. Chromed steel ones I'm not sure on though.

I have had varying degrees of success with aftermarket diff covers. All of the covers that I got bolted up properly, the first chrome cover that I got rusted out within 2 years. The second chrome cover that I never quite sealed properly, but it didn't rust (probably due to being bathed constantly in fresh gear oil). Then I got a Rockcrusher diff cover, liked it so much that I got a second. As for a stock steel cover not fitting, I will have to check that out next time that I have a diff cover off.
