carburetor???

I have a holley 4412 2 barrel carb from a previous project. I was wondering if i do the duraspark II conversion will the carb be too much for the 2.3 4cyl in my ranger? I know the stock carb won't work because it is a feedback carb

that carb is to big for a 258 v8 so yes it's gonna be to big for a puni little 2.3 lol
