Upper pin.
Driver side was smooth. But shoes are so new the smallest setting is all I can fit. Spinning it to open shoes won't allow drum the room it needs.That's better... I would squeeze the yellow spring closed a bit.
Did you get the adjuster freed up?
Posted video covers this scenario, use a file to cut the lip down or pull the plug out of the backing plate and adjust that way.Then you have a lip on the drum...
Then you have a lip on the drum... or the park brake is hung up.
Do the shoes meet the anchor pin on the top... if not the park brake is holding the shoes off the pin.
