Reads like a new battery, less that a year old
Not sure why alternator is running hot, could be bearing is about to go, but they ALWAYS make noise when they do
Heat is also subjective alternators do heat up, thats the result of generating(or consuming) AC or DC volts, i.e. electric motors get hot as well
