Adding Power Steering on 94' 2.3L 5MT

Hey guys.

I've got a 94 Ranger w/ a 2.3L and Manual steering. I found a same-vintage Mazda B2300 with its power steering pump, rack and everything still intact. How difficult is this? I can get the parts for under $100.

adding power steering...

I just added power steering to my '96 b2300 2.3 4cyl. just swapping out the steering gearbox which has two lines going to the pump, bolting on the pump and it's bracket and swapping to the larger belt. My parts were from a '96 2.3 Ranger. What a difference...one finger steering ! much easier than i expected and my used parts were only $50. Easy to un-install and clean and re-install. maybe a slight power loss from the belt turning the pump and another pully...good luck.
