wow , mine isnt quite that bad , it is all still there just the cab corner and rocker aren't attached to each other anymoreThe rocker panels disapearing is pretty common on those...I work at a bodyshop, we bandaided this thing a few weeks ago...basically just so the door would close and stay closed, there was nothing left of the floor either, guy had just set a piece of sheetmetal in there.
Same thing happened to an F-150 my buddy drove for a couple months last year, the door flew open while he was going around a turn, hes lucky he didn't fall out, because the floor was also rotted around where the seat belt bolted down!
