So I have a 93 Ranger with the factory aluminum rims think they call them deer hoofs.
Anyway after almost twenty years of life the stock hubcaps went byby ,one by one.
Factory replacements$$$$
Shop in utah wanted 55 for a set of 4, but I am a cheap bastard.
Even tried to make a mold off my last one
So I came up with this one. They were just black For a few weeks.
Today I thought up the chrome looking mini moon emblishments
What can I say Im a cheap bastard but they look cool from 10feet
Take a guess what they are ?
Fruit cans cut to 2 1/4" slots cut every 1/4" 1/4" then bent back .
Painted flat black. The bent back tabs make little teeth and increase the circumference to make a really snug slip fit that wont pop off.
Minimoons ,bottom of paint cans cut with canopener that cuts the side, siliconed on.
If too short they bottom out on the front hubs, try again, what the hell free
