When I turn the key to on or start, shouldn't the truck ding implying to fasten your seat belt? The truck dings if the keys are in the ignition and the doors open or if the doors open and the lights are on. How does it work? There's a 2 pin plug that goes to the driver seat buckle. Is there a contact inside that once the belt touches it, the seat dinger goes out? Reason I'm asking this is I want the truck to ding for the seat belt reminder becuase I like the sound. Does the seat belt plug connect straight to the dinger under the dash? Truck was a extended cab custom model with the old 60/40 seats but has been upgraded to the newer 60/40 seats and I put a dinger in it. Any ideas what went bad for it not to ding anymore? thanks
