1990 Ford ranger 2.9v6 5speed try to figure out the transmission

I am try to put in a 2.9v6 5speed into my truck but I got new clutch I am try to put it in Wonder on the transmission what this hole is for and the wiring

My credo
Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
It looks like you have a Mitsubishi FM-132 2WD transmission, and I *think* that pics #1 and #3 show a wired neutral switch and an open hole that a vent cap goes in. I *think* that pic #2 is where the speedometer cable goes in, and pic #4 shows the clutch hydraulic lines on the bell, which have been hacked off.
