87 ranger djm drop kit question

hi every one i have a 1987 1st gen single cab 2.3 5 speed ranger
i just pickted up a djm drop kit [beams and flip brabkets for the back] i was just wondering is their any thing that i should wacth out for when putting this kit on this is my first time droping a truck ....thanks every one

Nope, its pretty standard. You may need to put different alignment cams in, but you won't know until after you install the kit and get it back on the ground. Even if you dont need them, have your alignment checked at a shop...

Thats what IIn kinda worried about at the moment wance I get the motor back in I should have ball joints in the arms ready to be put in .....thanks gor the info

The djm beams don't really mess the camber up too bad. you may have to run like a 2 or 3 degree camber bushing you can get them at oreilleys or just go to an alignment shop. I ran factory bushings with my i beams and it didn't eat tires very quick. Now if you put the belltech drop coils with the Ibeams then your camber will get silly.
