putting together a 4" lift consisting of duff arms and coil buckets with SJ drop brackets in the front (4" sj coils) and belltech shackles and add a leafs in the rear. im wondering what everyone thinks about bump stops and whether or not i really need to extend them with a 4" lift. i know the shackles will allow my leafs to over arch (invert so to speak) so those are my main concern. my other question is what brake lines people have used for the left front to extend them because the line going to the caliper is built into the t fitting and an extention cant be used unless you replace the t and use another right side brake line with an extention. if you cant tell im going off of the flex line article in the tech section on cheap brake extentions. my worry with that is that the break line would come out at a 90 degree angle to the frame and then have to bend downward to get to the caliper. any input or suggestions would be of great help
thanks,

I used the Skyjacker stainless braided brake lines on mine. They have the T-fitting already on them.

As for the bump stops... If you don't want to chance your shocks getting damaged or their mounts broken off, I would definitely lower the bumpstops down whatever amount is needed so that the bumpstop just touches the axle with about 1" of the shock's shaft still showing.

If you have some fab skills you can make these extenders easily.

check my post HERE for another option on brake lines with off the shelf parts and a little reworking of the stock lines, but it offers easily obtainable lines if you break one wheeling...
