Pulled a 302, m5od-r2, and bw1356 out of a 1990 f150. Got the engine and transmission in the truck. But the transfer case doesn't clear the frame rail. What options are there for transfer cases for the swap. I seen a thread about a newer transfer case bw4406 maybe? But I can't find the thread anywhere now. Or even a jeep transfer if someone could add a link to the adapter as well. The engine is pretty much stock for now, little bigger cam, and switched to carburetor

Yeah, you need a 4406 out of a '97-03 F150, it's the narrowest of those T cases.

Do NOT get that mixed up with the 4407, that T case is about twice as big in all aspects... it's what's behind a ZF5 in a F350...
