The nut that holds the bearing inSlider bolts or bracket bolts?
Yes RWDI take it you have a rear wheel drive then? Someone will come along with the info on the spindle nut torque. I think it’s torque to a certain speck while seating the bearings then back off to a lesser torque but it’s been a long time since I worked on a RWD.
Thank you ?The spindle bearing? Preload while spinning the rotor till the rotor has some decent resistance, then back off completely and tighten to 12 INCH pounds not FOOT pounds. Specific preload torque is arbitrary since the races are already seated. You just wanna insure the rotor is seated on the spindle then set the spindle nut torque.
