back in the days when I was younger and 1960 cars were brand new: Isky cams in Culver city CA would regrind your old cam to like new condition or any grind you wanted as long as you knew what lift and duration you needed.. I know I can still do it on my airplane.

Have you tried Summit?

Cam profiles should match what you're using the truck for, don't buy it because you think the numbers look good... A cam grinder will help you in getting the right cam for your application. Just need to ask around, just because they don't list it doesn't mean they can't do it. It's going to move your power band, and you want to make sure it's making power where you need it to.
