1995 3.0L No Spark Troubleshooting

Hi Everyone. I have a 95 Ford Ranger with the 3.0L engine. I am troubleshooting a no start condition and believe that it is spark related as I have confirmed fuel pressure within the fuel rails. My diagnostic skills are at the novice level, but I do have access to a test light and multimeter. Is anyone able to help me troubleshoot by listing in order the items that I should test or provide a testing worksheet for me to follow? I can report back with my results as I test each item.
