-3 1/4 to +3 1/4. If I move it forward its bowed out. But in reverse its fine. Def a toe issue

Should have the drop pitman arm today if UPS doesnt screw it up, will also install the driverside adj bushing and maybe do a write up on rebuilding axles/removing camber bushings just incase someone gets stuck (even though the axles are cake to do)

The new pitman arm drop!

Old Vs. New

Removing the arm after taking the 1- 5/16 nut off

The difference

A lot better of an angle

Looks flatter then stock

Looks ok but still off

Passenger Side tire with camber bushing set with thinnest part toward the inside near coil

Drivers side prior to camber bushing

If the tops of the tires are pushed out I should bring the toe in correct?
Also got the 2in drop shackles for 34$!!

Got the rear 2in shackles on, the passenger side was a bitch had to cut the shackle and bolt, and the drivers side came right out. I dont have any pictures of the shackles, but we did flex the truck on 2 and 3 tires and on 3 tires the rear was still flat, kinda it was very tippy. But then we realized the stock shocks are holding it up.

And the guy with the jeep disease had to show off his 4.88s by crawling right up them...

Just gotta fix this grill cab and hood maybe. Gotta make rear bumper brackets so my friends stop busting on me for the gap. And I have a roll bar and front tube bumper my buds giving me to install.

Update:

Talked to someone about aligning the ranger they referred me to the 4x4 shop in the area. He told me 125$ plus bushings. I told him I had the adj ones and he said their junk and they like to move and go out of adjustment. He also said he would look about aligning It since the springs are larger then the drop and If its too bad then he won't charge me to take a look. But he did say he has left over bushings and If he uses one its a free charge.

Anyone have any input about these adj bushings. Should I take em back or what or should I just Mark where he puts em and check em everyonce in awhile and adjust them if need be

I personally hate them. We refuse to use them at the alignment shop I work at. We use Stempf part number EX-3 for a 3 degree 1 piece camber bushing.

Gonna get these junk bushings out, and hopefully send it in for an alignment soon. Gonna try and return the bushings to napa, if I hit them with brake cleaner im sure they will look new again I tried to not hit em to much with a hammer.

Yea they were a steal at an auction. 125$ for all 4. 2 are like new and 2 are a bit bald, but still not down to wear marks. The alignment should get done soon just hope I can hide the wearing on the bushing I bought and return it to napa hehe :thefinger:

While I've been slacking on the ranger waiting for the alignment, Ive been building my serpentine setup for my 49' International Pickup.

The polished, clear coated, and painted pulleys and brackets

You can actually see the shine in this picture. Had to cut off the smog pump partition on the passenger side bracket to allow my fuel line and water pump hose access.

This is my truck
