Made some decent progress 'cleaning' this damn thing up over the last week or so. Even got wild enough to run a new fuel line & filter from the pump lol.

All the computer controlled carb & air injection nonsense has been removed and tossed in the trunk. I have a bit more fiddling with wires to do.. mostly getting them all pulled back through the firewall and removing them along with the computer.

Nice caked up Intake 🎂
Thank the PCV system for that. I think about that time was when catch cans started to be a thing.

I think thats what my my 351 has...maybe 150 lol. 290ftlb though.

How heavy is that thing? I know mines right around 4000lbs.

Itd be a interesting matchup lol.

Then maybe get someone to loan us a parking lot for an autocross

This does like 255ft lbs iirc.. but curb weight is somewhere around 4300-4500lbs according to Google.

Autocross would be a riot lol

What engines in that? A 305 right?

An autocross would be absolutly a riot. My guess is after we ran a lap or two it would look like someone dropped a whole crate a cones from a chopper that just landed and exploded everywhere lol

Yeah thats a crazy gear with O/D.

I know my LTD would peg the speedo (85) before it shifted from 2nd if you were floored lol
