Look up for a 79.

Up untill 82ish they ran the forged beams that were narrower. Im guessing all the parts catalogs dont realize that and think 80-86 were all the same.

Im not 100% sure if Econoline ones will interchange but they ran the forged beams till 91

Heres an econoline one. I searched and searched and couldnt find anything for the earlier beams. Even LMC and bronco graveyard.

Like i said not sure the Econoline will work but its worth a look.

I didn't ask for your life story, just answer the question!
That sounds like you’re looking for a 2wd radius arm and only finding 4wd one. Try looking for one for a F100 of the same year… they only came in 2wd.

I couldnt find any 2wd radius arms for the older style beams. 80/81 ran forged beams like the older trucks.

The newer style radius arms are everywhere

I rebuilt my 73 E300 Van front end in the early 80s (I'm thinking 83) and I can't say positive but do believe that they were very much alike even then, I pulled the springs and redid kingpins and such
