You will need to read the ABS codes, the Cxxxx codes, chassis codes
You can use a wireless Bluetooth OBD2 reader like ELM327, under $15
Or an OBD2 to USB cable
With Forscan software, free to try, on a tablet or Laptop with Bluetooth
Regular OBD2 readers and software often can not read "B" and "C" and "U" codes, just "P" codes(engine codes)
If you have an automatic and engine stalled when rear wheels locked up then problem is with TCC solenoid and/or torque converter
Rear wheels locking up on hard braking with ABS light on would be expected, as there would be no Anti-lock working
