Mazda Navajo = 1st gen Explorer. Made only from 1991-94. Available only in 2-door and 4wd. Only engine available was the 4.0 v6, same as the Explorer.

Looks like a 2.8 with a automatic... would be 83-85. If it has OD it would be an '85 with a A4LD. All first gens had floor shifters, the crook in the short shifter screams automatic to me. Center console is out of a BII.

Worth it for a parts truck, I would love to get my hands on a set of front fenders and a hood like that. On the outside it looks really solid, and from the couple of shots you have from underneith it looks pretty good too.

no it's not, i can see the auto shifter now, that looks exactly like the shifter in my B2
