Hit this driveline pretty good on the rubicon. Got it re tubed and back together, no more vibration.
I think im going to build the next one out of heavier tubing and see if it helps.i am surprised you do not have con specific drive shafts....some diy square 1/4 wall or something. worth the time to swap around. that place is brutal.
IDK how to copy the ost here, but if you go back to page 18 of this thread I did a heavy duty 2 pece with a huge belly pan. Its made it way harder to hurt the driveline, but still happens when i drive it like gravedigger over the rocks lol.See I think you need a heavy duty 2 piece shaft at this point... Get more of it up away from the rocks. I know they're harder to balance on lifted trucks but I'm pretty sure you know how to math it out.
