Yes, it’s a bleeder screw just like on calipers or wheel cylinders. I’ve had them out before and as long as the bleeder screw itself is the problem and not something else, it is replaceable.So is that the same as the bleeders on the calipers? If so, it might be replaceable without doing the whole valve. I'd expect things to be pretty nasty inside if it just started leaking like that.
