So if I was to attempt this doubler thing... How much money do you have in it?

$40 for t-case, but I bought another so I could build and assemble it without having the B2 down in the process so $80 there.

$50 for shaft. He said it would cost $70 for anymore though.

$15 for 5" hole saw

Aluminum plate was free from work.

No not done, but damn close. Shooting for installing the week between Christmas and New Years. Couple things left on the doubler and need driveshafts adjusted.

Think I have decided to do the 44 knuckle swap. I have a ball joint or two going out so instead of buying new ones, I think I am just going to collect parts and buy some for the 44s.

Hey man, I just acquired my D50 for my 44/50 hybrid, so I have my 44 beams stripped. You can have the old 44 knuckles and stuff (minus lockouts), just pay for the shipping. Let me know.

You will get better alignment, steering , and ground clearance with less maintenance for about the same money and work

How many RBVs do you wheel with that are still ttb

No, D50 lockouts ARE D60 lockouts. The center hub on a 50 is the same size as a 60, and the 44 is well, 44ish size. Im going to post some comparison pics in my build thread in a minute if you want to have a look.

Yea I could send you the knuckles, spindles, and anything else you wanted, although shipping will get pricey for the weight, and youll probably want new bearings/calipers/rotors anyways.

But if you want the stuff, Id be happy to ship it your way.
