my brother bought his first truck today.

1999 Ranger xlt ex cab. 150k miles 4x4

i think it looks pretty good, i went with him to buy it, it has 32' master craft mt's that hum like a b!tch, flowmaster dual exhaust. tinted windows 5% all around with an eye brow. anddddd a center console two bucket seats if i remeber right thats pretty rare?

anyway i think its a pretty decent buy, the 4x4 works but the front end squeaks pretty bad and pulls to the right any ideas on what could be causing that? here are some pics i told him he needs to join on here to figure out some of his probelms. also the gear selector is off i know theres a thread around here that shows how to fix it?

that is EXACTLY what i said, and the guy we bought it from was like theres no ways thats ball joints. if trs has taught me anything its that rangers have a reputation of bad ball joints.

yeah the guy we got it from did the tint himself it looks halfway decent and its pretty much sold me on the fact that i need to tint mine. im thinking 15 though.

Either someone switched the grill or had to do some repairs and didn't know the difference between a 4x4 grille and a 4x2 grille.... However I do like the 4x2 grills myself.

Unless you "know someone" you won't be getting a Mississippi inspection sticker with 15% tint. Your brother won't be getting one either.

The darkest allowed is like 28-29%. I had to rip $300 worth of tint off of my wife's car because of that.
