From your earlier post, it sounds like your fuel pressure is good.
Did you ever do a compression test?? That will tell us a lot.
Also, the timing needs to be correct. You set it with the spout disconnected. I can normally break loose the dizzy bolt with a ratcheting wrench, from the top.
What is your TPS voltage reading with the throttle closed? Fully open?
