1968 Firebird. Looked a lot like this one.

Same color and hubcaps but mine had a white top and interior.

My mom had a Firebird identical to that one.

Anyway, my first car was a 1980 Pinto, biggest piece junk I've ever owned, but I still loved it.

My first car was a 1996 Teal Green Ford Ranger XLT 2wd with about 75,000 mile already on the odomoter before i got a hold of it. It had a 3.0 V6, automatic transmission, the air conditioner didn't work, the driver side mirror glass was gone, and it took the highway miles better than my 4x4 does. Man I miss that truck.

Cept mine was Brown with Orange Pinstripes and beige seats

Don't get wacker than this:

I felt compelled to post the LTD Station-wagon "Floating" on the typical Tron-esque 1980's grid thingy just because when I didn't think the sedan could get more hideous than the LTD-B then there was a station wagon - a floating one albeit:fie:;brownbag;

Also notice the guy getting the binoculars out of the stowage for "Bird-watching" OMG really?

First car was a graduation gift from my folks - a '48' Dodge coupe that grandpa couln't drive any more, $50. Just loved that 90 hp, 4000 lbs piece of iron. First car I bought was a '67' 273 Hi-Po Dart. Never seen another one like it other than sales stuff. Beat the crap out it, rebuilt it and put a 3.91 posi in it. Loved it more! First truck was a '39' Dodge with a 283 Vette motor.

Dad gave me his 2000 Isuzu pickup (S-10 clone). Thing was a pos. Sister got it when she learned to drive. Had a Mustang for a few years, never paid it off. The ranger is the first vehicle i fully paid for.

First car was a beater 86 ranger with a minor lift and 31's that we used as a farm truck, it rolled. Never drove it on the street cuz I was only 10.

Second was a POS 89 grand am at age 17, paid my neighbor $100 for it. Then drove it 50 miles and bought my bronco ii. Towed the grand am home and parked it, sold it to my little sister this past summer for $50 bucks :) that poor girl.

Also had an 05 jeep wrangler unlimited that my mom and I went 50/50 on, but I ended up selling her my half when the Bii was done.

My credo
Failing is easy. Everyone can do it.
Big Three here:

1979 T-Bird. (dad's car...I took it over after he had a severe stroke)
1978 LTD II. (project car..Had a 352w engine that tore up 3 trannies until I matched it with an FMX)
And my personal favorite car (remember...car not a truck)

1978 Sport Fury. Blood Red interior and high gloss black exterior. Mint condition and ran like a bat outta hell....then the drunk driver plowed into it taking almost the entire drivers side off. (paid 200 for it LOL...Poor engine wouldn't die, even with lousy oil pressure...still could M O V E)
