i know this isnt an engine question but I dont know if this is an interior or exterior thing.

Any way 93 ranger xlt, delay wipers. If I turn on delay any setting, they will wipe once or twice then inch to a stop where ever they want to. If I turn it to low it works fine and also high works fine.

What controls the delay part. I see there seem to be just 2 wires to the motor, so I dont know where to go from here.

There is a relay for them to park a separate relay for them to run. look in your owners manual for a diagram. swap the relay with your horn relay to see if it works. then problem should be solved. just had an exploder at the shop that was doing that. exploder was a ~98 and my truck is a 2001. not sure if they have same setup on 93's or not.
