Fuses arent blown and I tried the troubleshooting method from the tech library. I was just on my way home and they stopped in the middle of the windshield and i reached out and pushed it and they went down but didnt come up can anyone help?

Mine only work on the highest setting after it's been raining. Intermittent only seems to work when it's dry, but they haven't been messing up long enough to really be sure if it's a pattern. If you figure it out, I'd love to know (I tried cleaning my switch)
