Im coming up the mountain to work and my foot goes way down on the brake pedal and I hear griding from the passenger side wheel.

Get out to see the bottom of the lower ball joint is riding on the rim and some steam coming from where the cv axle goes into the nut.

Is it possible I didn't tighten something when I changed my tierod this weekend?
