I know they used to make a 13x7 "reversed" wheel, they looked dumb then, but it also reminds me of some of these big trucks with 15" wide rims with Street tires stretched to the limit.Let’s say I wanted a low riding Ranger, closer to the early 90’s 2wd’s ride heights.

Don't forget the 225 is in metric.The numbers can help a bit to figure things like that
your 225 = tire tread width, and the 40 = % of width for height
