Those were interesting cars. A big block with front wheel drive was pretty innovative. I had a friend I worked with 20 years ago that had one in mint condition. They sure look strange.Lexus IS F?
What does the F stand for? IS Fun? IS Funky? IS Freakin' way beyond my pay scale...
I remember a friend of mine had a car with a rolling speedometer...66 Toronado...where the numbers rolled up or down in the view window...I remember thinking "I like the old style"...

Dad had a 2dr '75 Eldorado for awhile he got on trade for labor, FWD with a 500+ CI V8 (502 maybe?) It was a kinda neat car, it was slated to be my first but mom threw a fit... so I got the Ranger (which oddly had much more headroom and legroom )Those were interesting cars. MY brother had a 73 Fleetwood with a 500ci . he is 6'3 and he had to re-locate the seat to get comfortable. His next car was a Metro, and he fit in that better.Dad had a 2dr '75 Eldorado for awhile he got on trade for labor, FWD with a 500+ CI V8 (502 maybe?) He sold it to a guy that was going to haul it out west and part it out for the convertables out there. Nobody really wanted a hardtop and the thing had NO rust anywhere.
