Hey all,
I have a 94 Explorer 3" body lift 4" susp. on 31s...3.73 gears,
I just lifted the truck this weekend. we did 4" up front and SOA in the rear, we got a good angle for the pinion and everything went really smooth, before we did the lift the truck ran good and could do 65-70 easily...now that i lifted it it feels like it wants to top out at 55. I didnt change the tires, gears nothing just did the lift...now we had to extend the rear drive shaft a little(with the slip yolk) but i havent noticed any vibrations at all...could it be the u-joint being flexed out? Im not going to get the 33s until i get my tranny cooler and gears...i just dont know why it would top out now when it didnt before...heres the pics of the build...Thanks for the help!!
