My money is on its an Isuzu pick up. Between the door and the back of eh cab is the give away.

EDIT: after some serious comparison it has the body style of a 92 Mazda, wheel arches and the plastic between door and rear of cab.

See my post right above these. It’s an older B series. The vent looking thing on the B pillar gives it away.
