I attempted replacing it saturday.
When I went to break loose the reverse thread nut on the existing fanclutch,
The the pulleys were moving, so it wouldn't break loose.
Is there a tool to hold the pulley's in place?

Yes thier is a tool, but what I did was leave your belt on if you have tensioner apply pressure on the tensioner to make the belt tighter then put your wrench on the nut and strike the wrench with a fairly good blow normally it will break loose. You may have to get some assistance to hold tension on the belt.

There is a tool, and it's available widely and cheaply or for rent or loan.
