If you haven't already been shopping, you are going to have a tough time. I had a tough time finding one I like for my regular bed. I would recommend taking your measurements and going to Lowes, Home Depot, and Tractor Supply (or comparable store) and see what your options are (in stock or special order.) If no luck there, try a specialized truck store or the internet. Lowes had a narrow box that might work (it was in the $150 range.) Best of luck.

My buddy had a Splash stepside and he used a UWS tool box from our other buddy's Z71 stepside.

I ended up finding a UWS dealer that was local to me. $249 for a single lid, diamond plate aluminum box. That one is for the Splash, I guess that's not too bad.

Do you want a box that fits inside the bed or one that overhangs?

Chk out "closertowholesale.com" p/n: item#: CKWTB161640B; New Aluminum Utility Truck ATV Trailer Tool Box
40" wide x 16 frt/bck x 16 deep.
It fits exactly in the bed between the two raised sections on the bed floor.
The box comes in .055 (almost 1/16") alum but you can buy it in .120 (almost 1/8") if you want to.
It is exactly what I wanted so i paid the price got the thicker alum and in black.
It is a little pricey but try and find one that fits and doesn't take 20 or more inches of the bed area.

Luck

I know this threads a little old but... I was given a aluminum toolbox for free last week. So today I took it into the local fab shop and they are going to bring the sides in a couple inches so it will fit in my bed, they said it will be about 75 bucks when it's all said and done.

I just have an aluminum Delta chest. Almost exactly the same height as the bed rails, and leaves just enough room for my Hi-Lift to mount along the side of the bed. I can drag it to the back, and strap it against the tailgate while wheeling to somewhat help out the weigh bias.
