I setup TNT and Double R the same on the front. That is why they both have mad flex. Post # 32

Post # 39 when I built the Merc. Merc shows step by step pics. Since the Merc was originally torsion bars I had to add the TTB coils to the Merc frame. So it was easier to set up the coil retainers on those. I did TNT and Double R in place.

TNT wouldn't have happened without Austins slave labor. I sat in a lawn chair with a wipe and a can of Pepsi Max or beer depending on the time of day and keep him motivated. :D Wipe was just insurance my evil eye is normally enough to keep him from bitching and moaning. :D Since he has been helping more lately on Jeep projects he is getting a lot better and I fear he might be as good as me soon so I if he gets too good I might have to cut him off. I don't need him taking my place yet. LOL JK

He got a hold me cause TNT was his baby and needed some attention. I could see he was circling the import tuner abyss and I wanted to snatch him back from the edge before he was lost to rice mobiles forever. I knew he had potential since he own a Ranger so I was willing to look past the import sports car. :D I can just imagine his face as he reads and I am ROTFLMAO... First he told me he wanted me to build an Explorer 8.8 that is what I build mostly for a living. So I built him a Disc brake 8.8 with 4.56 and Elocker setup for his truck. Then he asked if I could help install it. I trailed his truck to my shop and once I had TNT hostage Austin had little choice but to SAS the front. LOL He took a week off work to help me work on it. Truck turned out great and is a beast! And may have never happened if Austin hadn't found my 8.8 axles and seen the Merc. Now he tells me he wants to do full widths... sigh

One of the best decisions I have ever made! I will never regret building TNT. Such a great feeling when something you worked hard for pays off. I still like to play with my imports but I enjoy working on 4x4's the most now. All thanks to you Josh!

I agree. It's nice to see other people swapping to D30's besides me.

I'm trying to figure out materials im going to use for my three link setup. Do the three energy suspension bushings you used come with tube that they press into? or did you just buy the appropriate material?
