yeah but honestly, a truck is a horrible place to try and set up a stereo as far as perception goes. I'd worry more about kicking it or spilling something on it. Looks awesome though

Awesome truck, would be a blast to drive. And those slicks will just top it all off :icon_thumby:

And lay off blackwidow. You guys should be less mechanically racist, any brand of truck can be a good truck if cared for. You bag the shit out of a ford and it will go downhill the same as a chevy.

Dodges on the other hand......... lol, JK :icon_twisted:

how do you like having those speakers in the center console? i thought of that but doing some research i found out that having speakers in the doors and center console would mess with the imaging and how your ear percieves the sound.
I like them and for the cheapo speakers they are, they do the job. They don't get in the way while I drive and the cup holders are much farther back so no worries on spilling. I have more work to do on the inside like covering the speakers in the dash and getting a plate made to cover the cup holders. All the stereo equipment was hand me downs from the other vehicles I have so I was kinda limited on how good it could sound but over all it works just fine.

im just going to say this to put an end to all the crap.

i have nothing against sighman. he has a sick looking truck. hes a great guy and very humble. any joke i make is just that. a joke.

yes i put a chevy in my truck., do i care. no. do i care about all the crap i get about i. slightly. but at the end of the day. its just a bunch of iron and metal formed together to make what we i want. i am by no means brand loyal. i used what i had to make what i wanted. and if its good enough for me. thats all that matters.

so lets just put all the bs behind us and focus on whats important here. building cool. fast. rangers.

sighman. once again. good luck this month my friend.

Yeah a Bedside will fix it but if you shop around carefully you can probably find a complete bed for a similar price.

I haven't looked closely yet but the whole bed is shoved an inch or so the the right and up. I'm really hoping the rear frame isn't bent........

Probably just the bed. When sheet metal gets tweaked it has a tendency to make everything look off.
