Hey guys. I recently replaced the engine and transmission in my truck. Last night on my drive home when I shut the truck off, the stock CD player spit the CD out and the clock remained on. When I tried to put the CD back in, it would just eject it again. This morning, the clock is still on. I'm pretty sure that clock is not supposed to be on, but I used to have a aftermarket head unit so I have not spent too much time with the stock deck. Seems like everything works fine, except it ejects the cd everytime I shut the truck off, and the clock stays on. No buttons work when it's off.
My guess is it's probably just a faulty head unit, but I don't have the $$ this week to buy a wiring harness to put my nice head unit back in.
Any suggestions as to how I could stop this? It's not a problem, just a pain in the @ss!
Thanks
