A buddy of mine has an 94 exploder with the auto tranny and electric t-case. According to the tech library the 94 came with an electric 1354. Will a manual 1350 work? I know it should bolt up to the tranny, but will the output shafts be different? And if they are can the output shafts be swapped?

The front output is for sure different. The back might be different and can be swapped in about 3 minutes.

The front drive shaft for the BW1350 will have to be used and shortened by 1".

We don't have the front drive shaft, so can the front output shaft be swapped?

Nope, it is completely different.

I have 2 extra front drive shafts if you are interested. $30 + shipping.

Thanks for the info. I'll pass it on to him and let you know what he wants to do.
