I need more sleep.
You have electrical issues. My 88 F-150 had this problem, I don't know what was really causing it, so I just removed the appropriate fuses.

Probably a door position switch.

It is a button in your doorjamb that the door hits when it is closed. Start with the DS door since it probably gets used more and unplug the door switch, should kill the light/buzzer because it will think the door is always closed.

The switches are pretty cheap, one for my '85 was around five bucks.

What year is your truck? On my 98, the door switch was under the latch at the back of the door. The pin in the switch would get gummed up with all kinds of crud and wouldn't pop back up when the door was closed. It was pretty easy to get to once you removed the door panel. To remove the switch, you just twist it 1/4 turn clockwise and pull it down. I used a q-tip and some alcohol to clean around the pin until it would pop back up easily.

Yeah, sounds like the door switch...my 96 beeps because the door handle sticks in the open position and I have to open the door, slap the handle down and then close the door before the thing shuts up...some day I might take it apart and oil that handle...but I'm selling the doors and don't really care too much...

Spray lots of pb blaster or penetrating oil on the door latch assembly.

Yeah, but the airbag MIL won't keep the dome light on.
