I have a longbox and it is hard to find a box in better shape than mine. Shorboxes all but grow on trees though.

My credo
the grey-t escape
ive thought about doing this for years, only didnt because it just seemed like too much work to only gain 1 ft of bed space. ive had 1 supercab ranger and a total of 3 reg cab longbeds so far. biggest issue ive had lately is finding a truck i can afford (15-20 years old) without frame issues (rust holes) ive thought of adding on to my longbed frame and making it a 8' length flatbed though. the rear overhang might be a bit much though.
